BeWise Waste Solutions Ltd Personnel were called upon to carry out a Phase 1 & 2 contaminated land assessment in supporting of a planning application submitted to the South Somerset District Council.

Intrusive investigation works to assess the ground conditions and to investigate specific areas of potential concern.

Quantitative risk assessments were compiled for risks posed by the contaminate sources to potentially sensitive receptors based on the site specific setting. This involved a number of soil samples being taken and sent for analysis.
